The annual Division Meeting will be held on April 28th.  All USFA members may attend
and participate in voting.  Members who can not attend may authorize a proxy to vote
in their place. 

The proxy must be returned to the division secretary no later than 72 hours before the
division meeting scheduled for 5:30 p.m. Saturday April 28, 2012. According to the
division bylaws, to be valid, proxies must be signed and submitted to the division
secretary no later than 5:30 p.m. Wednesday, April 25, 2012.  Submission may be either
